VAPE SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping Times: Delivery times for vape products can differ depending on the state and how far you are from our fulfillment center.

Age Verification: A person aged 21 or older must be available to present identification and sign for the delivery of vape products.

    • Age Verification: The delivery timeline provided requires an adult aged 21 or older to be available to verify their identity with an ID and sign for the package upon delivery.
    • Delivery Instructions: Ensure you include any necessary details like updated phone numbers, gate access codes, apartment or unit numbers, and mobile contacts in your delivery instructions for a smooth delivery process.
PACT Act Amendment Impact:
  • Effective Date: Starting from March 27, 2021, due to the amendment to the PACT Act, all vape shipments now require an adult signature for delivery.
  • Signature Requirement: An adult, aged 21 or older, must be present to sign for the package and present a valid government-issued ID.
  • Delivery Advice: Consider having your order shipped to your workplace or any location where an adult is regularly available to receive the package.

Orders placed generally arrive within this time frame, but we will not be held responsible for shipping carrier delays.
